Technical Product Manager · Bangkok, Thailand
Anton Lysakov
Five years in consumer and crypto products, after support and QA. Sole PM on a consumer app with about 100K daily users, now owning the specs and roadmap of a platform delivered through an AI-native, spec-driven development pipeline.
What I have worked on
-
A consumer app
About 100K daily users. The only product manager from spring 2026.
-
An AI-native, spec-driven platform
I own the specs and roadmap, and tune the spec-driven development (SDD) pipeline. Engineers build from those specs with AI agents.
-
A crypto wallet and exchange
A non-custodial wallet and exchange at Komodo, from proof of concept to public alpha.
-
My own products
Summa, a portfolio tracker, and Bona Fide, deposits for open-source pull requests. Four prizes and awards since 2024.
-
Five years in product
Before that, support and QA.
How I work
The spec comes first.
- Engineers plan and build from the spec with AI agents, and the agents fill whatever it leaves open with a guess.
- A draft maps every actor, input and state. Fresh sub-agents red-team it, and I take each open decision.
- Specs go out against a stated bar: testable rules, an outcome for each combination, a formula for each figure, a source for each sentence.
- What reviewers keep finding becomes a check for the next spec.
- Large specs become slices, so the first one can start early.
- In my own product, Claude suggests rows, a server checks each one, and nothing is saved until the user confirms it.
