    • Flexed across Product Owner, Scrum Master and Release Manager; owned roadmap and progress reports.
    • Built the UX/UI design department from scratch; represented the company at AMAs, streams and events.

    • Scaled the QA team from 2 to 4 engineers to support new product launches.
    • Created and maintained QA documentation; improved Dev ↔ QA communication for faster resolution.
