  1. Technical Product Manager · Nimble

    Bangkok, TH

    • – Own end-to-end delivery for mobile & web apps serving 100K+ DAU at a major enterprise client.
    • – Translate business requirements into PRDs, decompose into user stories, and drive features from concept to release.
    • – Plan and run sprints across dev and design; scope releases, manage priorities, ship on time.
    • – Primary liaison with client-side stakeholders, aligning roadmap with business objectives.

    • – Took multiple Web3 products from zero to live users, leading small cross-functional teams with no org behind them.
    • – 1st Prize at Coinbase Base Summer Buildathon 2024 with Tamaverse, an onchain companion game.
    • – Founded MortalCoin — a real-time PvP crypto trading game (EVM dApp + Telegram Mini App, 10K+ users).
    • – Built Stakinator, a staking/deposit aggregator with referral tracking and CEX integrations.
    • – End-to-end ownership: ideation, planning, team assembly, CI/CD, analytics, docs — with AI engineering workflows and pipelines woven through delivery.

  3. Technical Product Manager · Komodo Platform

    Amsterdam, NL

    • – Took AtomicDEX Web — a non-custodial wallet & DEX on Komodo's atomic-swap protocol — from PoC to public launch, shipping straight through the 2022 crypto downturn.
    • – Managed the full AtomicDEX product line: Mobile (iOS/Android), Desktop, and Web.
    • – Covered Product Owner, Scrum Master and Release Manager at once in a lean, fully-remote org; owned roadmap and progress reports.
    • – Built the UX/UI design department from scratch; represented the company at AMAs, streams and events.

  4. QA Team Lead · Komodo Platform

    2019 – 2022

    Remote

    • – Scaled the QA team from 2 to 4 engineers to support new product launches.
    • – Created and maintained QA documentation; improved Dev ↔ QA communication for faster resolution.
    • – Stayed hands-on across all products, earning CTO recognition for stability and faster releases.

    • – Cross-platform manual testing of non-custodial crypto wallets and Komodo/AtomicDEX core protocols.
    • – Enhanced the Zcash pytest framework with real blockchain testing and hundreds of new RPC test cases.
    • – Built terminal tools and microservices (Discord feed, version checker, prices endpoint) with 99.999% SLA.
